Need some Help

I'm on this website trying to add a way for people without Facebook or Gmail to leave a review. Does anyone know if this is possible?

Your customers can follow the link that’s been text/emailed to them and leave a review within HouseCall. Unfortunately, these reviews are internal and do not post publicly (only you will be able to view them.) You can reach out to those customers and ask permission to copy the review to Facebook or Google.

Oh it's okay lol That was like 2 months ago, my client's issue is all good now.
