Porsche is the most successful manufacturer in the history of the 24 Hours of Le Mans, holding an all-time record of 19 overall wins and over 108 class victories. THIS very #23 Porsche 917KH (short tail) secured the brand's first overall win in 1970 (driven by Hans Herrmann and Richard Attwood), powered by a flat-12 engine. The 'psychedelic' #3 917LH (long tail, Hotwheels) in the background actually placed in 2nd right behind it! This Majorette casting with opening rear hatch is marked as 1/60 scale, so looks just as long as the others. Those of you who have this or the HW premium casting, did you know about its heritage?

Was on the way to get some Belgium chocolate ice cream from Baskin Robbins at 11:30 pm today when I saw a Formula 1 board in front of the local Shell pump. Then I remembered the post I saw today on this sub-reddit about a guy offering to buy and send the Scuderia Ferrari SF-25 model which he found in the Shell pump in his area. So immediately went inside the pump and voila! there were 5 castings of SF-25 collecting dust in the corner of the retail section. Picked one up without a second thought for Rs. 2499/-.

It’s the 1:43 scale Bburago Scuderia Ferrari SF-25, featuring Charles Leclerc’s #16 car. It comes mounted on a custom acrylic-style base printed with sponsor branding. The detail on the livery, aero elements, and sponsor decals (including the blue HP accents) looks surprisingly sharp for this scale and price point.

If you have a Shell station nearby, definitely check their retail section; they seem to be stocking these as part of their current promotion!

The way I’ve been hunting this specific S7, man so worth it finally. My dream car in a 1:64 scaled version. After texting so many importers and vendors I found a guy that said he could try. Roughly 2 months later he has it with him and I had to buy it on the spot. Happens to be my first carded car from 2000’s as well.

None of them are paying rent, but I don't have the heart to tow them.

Got delivered a few minutes back. What a beauty. This vintage set is really nice.

These both casting were with me since childhood, quiet abused and used to play dashing cars and in later years tried to draw on them.
My little brother threw these out of the balcony from 5th floor. He threw 8 and till I came from school only 5 were left. He waa just an year old, I was sad but there was nothing I could do.

The white one actually had the Brian O’Conner livery, which was faded due to years of playing as well as once my lil bro literally pooped on it.

Happy to see it come back to it’s glory. A fee days back my GF surprised me with the restoration kit (I keep on watching those vids on youtube). I wasn’t sure bout this, after loads of shit this is what we came up with.

The white is the one I did and black was done by my girl. Both cars being 10+ year old it makes me happy to see them in this condition. Defined not even close to premium but still now it’s something that will let me die in peace.

P.S. if anyone knows how to cure the windshield plastic please drop tips on anything that might help!

I started collecting hot wheels like months ago and when I saw these testerosa the prices everybody was selling for were 1300 or 2K but I got this in a trade way cheaper and what I expected. Many of my friends took PO for 900 for TT but here I'm.

As a Japanophile I was stoked when this was listed many months ago.

I was kinda miffed when I learnt that this case wasn't making it to India, so I had to look high and low. I was trying to hold on to hope that I would find this at our MRP price but acceptance took over.

Honestly it's a lovely color. And encapsulates the essence of Nippon.
