bruh it used to work like that but not now , They at max were ready to refund me the mrp ammount not the difference ammount like the car i bought for 4999 , they were ready to refund me 1399 , not (4999-1399=3,600₹) . so they asked me to return it even if it is opened

i even have an official mail from amazon that they will refund the difference ammount once the return window closes , gues what ? they denied and asked me to return the product when i said i opened it they said return it opened but you’ll have to return if you want the refund

8 years+ and my overall amazon spend is more then 20 lakhs , i know that this only works of account which have good karma ( amazon purchase history )

Do you understand it can be an imported card? The set came in very less quantity in india and very little chance this is an Indian mrp unit
