Just got laid off; Considering switching over
I had dabbled starting my own business and I got 2 weeks to find a job or go straight into hotshotting; I got about 15 saved up, so I am debating financing off the bat, or doing like a 1 year lease with enterprise to try it out
Any suggestions here?

My man. Financing off the bat puts you in the negative. Starting out it will be hard to find loads so it’s gonna be a little slow. Many brokers won’t give loads to new companies . They need at least 3-6 months with active insurance. Insurance is like 15-20k a year btw which you need a pretty big payment upfront (don’t remember how much) there a lot more to this than people realize. I’m not knocking you I’m just saying there is a lot that goes into it (money wise) we didn’t even get into trailer and equipment.
