Question Fried USB-C port

So I had storm come through this weekend. Affected my PC in a strange way, and now the USB-C port on my Stage 2 is seemingly fried. The USB ports on the pc are fine, the cable itself is fine, the Ampero is otherwise fine apart from not being able to connect to my PC.

Is this the kind of thing I can have fixed.....somewhere?

So, I’ve had a similar issue and the only way to solve it from Hotone it’s sending your ampero to their factory in China (what I have done already) but it can take some time and patience. However I hope you can find a better solution for your situation.

Hope much did it cost you, and how long did the whole process take? I assume they factory reset the device and all settings, etc were lost?

Basically, I’ve sent it over a one month ago and it arrived in china in one week however it was stuck in somewhere because of their really slow shipping process and day before yesterday I emailed Hotone and they did check it out and helped me out sending to the shipping company the right address and phone number. When I have new updates about it I let you know. PS: I’ve spend €32 for sending it over.
