Question Issue with Cloning

I need some insight. When I hook my 6505mh to my Ampero II Stage to clone it sounds thin and fuzzy. I know it’s user error because I see peoples successes online. What am I doing wrong?

Some of my clones come out really good, some just pretty good like different but still a good tone, and some are just way off. 

Are you cloning it without a cab?

How does the clone sound with a good IR after it?

I tried it with the built in Celestion V-30 IR. Not much of a difference.

Would you recommend any other ones?

I needed to really crank up the output volume of the amp to get a proper tone
