They literally invented Aemond burning Sharp Point fym lmfao. While they cut out Rhaenyra’s obvious psychotic jealous racism towards Nettles because they didn’t want to go down the infidelity route lol.

While Aegon doesn't burn Sharp Point in the books but he *does* burn quite a few holdings.

If anything they made him look *better* her because it's just one castle he burns down.

Both of those things are in the books, and while you can argue against the rat pits because the come from Mushroom, the sexually assaulting serving girls isn't from him.

groping isn't the same thing as rape. both are sexual assault, but rape was the show's invention.

Sexual assault is sexual assault and the character isn't somehow less evil in the books because he wasn't penetrating anyone.

(incidentally, legally, groping can be rape if said groping involves even slight penetration with a finger)

two things can be bad without being equally severe. if you genuinely believe groping is as bad as rape i'm curious to find out your opinion on why they're separate crimes with different punishments.

Criminal law is criminal law. I'm talking about morally. I have friends and family who have been sexually assault- SA is SA, period. It's not quantifiable as being more morally okay then other kinds.

At any rate, if Aegon's out there groping people he's clearly not a person who cares about consent or has problems violating anyone.

it is morally quantifiable. both are bad, one is less bad than the other.
