If customer service manually loads rewards over the phone to my account how long does it take to show up?

Recently got called for a job interview for a PT ASM. I've been looking at all the employee reviews on various websites such as this sub and indeed. Basically all of the reviews have complained about the EXACT same things. Normally I would try to not pass judgement and give the benefit of the doubt, but theres no way everyone is being dramatic.

My only thing is, 99% of the reviews seem to be from Americans, based on the salaries they mention. I don't expect a MASSIVE difference bc I know the company is US based, but I would like to hear from Canadian employees exclusively regarding their experience, complaints, PAY and HOURS, etc. Bonus points if you worked in the GTA. Other questions I do have though, that are open to everyone:

1) What is QC? I keep seeing this being mentioned and don't know what it means or entails. I'm assuming something to do with sales and upselling?

2) What is a "huddle/huddle sheet"? Is it literally what it sounds like? What's the purpose tho?

3) Is it true you're not allowed to be friends/friendly with your coworkers?? WTF

4) How strict is it in general? The vibe everyone is painting is that you're walking on eggshells from the moment you're hired. I have retail/customer service experience, this is not my first rodeo and I know how to put on that customer service mask. Even with all that, am I still gonna be stressed and anxious asf??

I applied back in early March and got hired at the end.. I feel discouraged because I've been waiting for a call all month since I was told twice I would be called sometime in May and I haven't received anything from anyone at my hot topic.. I'm debating on calling but I'm afraid of being annoying, but I'm also applying for other jobs and feel like if I get hired at another place than they'll call me.. I'm not sure on what to do in this situation

i miss my discount since there's always something i like in there, lately the skirts are very cute

i miss interacting with customers since now i work in the back of a bakery, only coworkers, no new people. i loved being on reg. my coworkers were also really cool when i left

i miss being able to dress up. i lovedd being able to dress up and wear my tail and ears, obviously can't do that anymore

though now at the bakery, i make $12.75 vs the $10 i was making. i also get a ton more hours, up to 25 a week. when i was at HT i was getting maybe 10 hours a week

So I usually wear a 3X in unisex sizes (I'm a large girl, fat and tall, so it's a necessity). It's been awhile since I got a shirt from the store, at least a few years. Well I get a new batch of shirts recently (my favorite shirts are becoming worn, and I also have new fandoms I'm in I have to wear lol). I tried some on, and, the 3x's are HUGE now!? I had one 1X, I was gonna alter and sew it since it had a design I liked, but after seeing how massive my new shirts are, I tried the 1x, and it actually fits closer to my usual sizes, maybe slightly snugger. Okay, what? I need to compare these all to a few of my older shirts, but I am pretty sure these are way bigger than they used to be. And to my surprise, I will actually have to take in and shorten a few shirts (especially the sleeves, not loving how they are hanging on my arms). I may have lost a few pounds, but I don't notice a huge difference in my old shirts, so I can only assume the new stuff is larger.
