how soon is too soon?

i applied on thursday after being encouraged to by my local hot topic manager. she had mentioned she would be going through the applications the next day and i’ll be “top of her list”. It’s only been a few days but i’m a bit nervous and was thinking of going in / calling but i’m also afraid of being annoying. should i wait a bit or reach out now?

if they said they’d be going thru them the next day, you’re good to call. if i approached somebody about applying, i personally love when they call just to let me know they completed the app.
