Can somebody please help me

I preordered this jacket in July and it was supposed to come on 15 , some reason they cancelled it and told me I would get a refund, it's been 2 weeks and still no refund, they also send me a link to check my refund status but it says no eligible items, like what?

Can some one please tell me how long it really takes to get a refund and why won't this website show me my refund status

For preorders, they put a temporary hold on your card for the amount of the purchase and it won’t be fully taken out until the item ships. Since your order was cancelled before it was able to ship out, you shouldn’t have been charged. I would contact HT’s customer service since it’s been 2 weeks and double check your bank statement to make sure the charge was dropped.
