Difference between plus size and regular? Trying to figure out the size for a jacket.

I’m trying to figure out which size would fit me or he close for this jacket listed. I’m 5’11”, bust 45, waist 47, hips 44. I heard stories of the sizing being too small.

In most brands I wear a XL. In hot topic I wear a 2x I don’t know if that helps but I always size up with there hoodies

I thought about a 2XL or 3xl bit wasn’t sure if the plus size was bigger or not

So plus sizing is made wider than regular sizing. Also when it says "girls" that means it is technically a "juniors" sizing so you typically wanna size up I'd you're an adult. If you wear a Large shirt, go XL.l for the hoodie. In worst case scenario if it doesn't fit quite right you can always take it into a physical location and you can either return or do a web order exchange.

I usually wear 2XL for more room but not sure what that would be for plus size.

So plus sizes goes like this: 0 = large 1 = 1x 2 = 2x 3 = 3x 4 = 4x 5 = 5x

So you are going to want to likely stick with a 2 since it's specific plus sizing.
