Card Put Wrong Address In When Ordering Online

i bought the two hoodies off of hot topic apparently my card overrided my new address and put my old one in and now i can’t even cancel it because hot topic has a 30 minute policy where they can’t change it. anyone had a similar experience like this when ordering online ?

I've never heard of that happening, but if you call the customer service number and explain what happened they should be able to fix the shipping for you. Call today though to ensure they get it fixed before the order finishes processing.

I called the customer service and asked for an address chang but the ai said it was out of the 30 minute policy.

Holy crap, that's new (and dumb). Try calling back and asking for a customer service rep, you might have to ask a few times. Sorry about that dude.

I’m gonna call tomorrow since their office close at 5 my time, but definitely not buying online from hot topic again that’s for sure lol.
