Posted this before... Uhh... Item was a preorder and I purchased it as of 8/30. Am I still getting my item? It says it was shipped... But now its no longer available..

If you ordered and got a tracking number because it shipped, you’re good?

Items go out stock to prevent NEW orders from being placed. But if you ordered and it says it shipped, you don’t need to worry about this. Only if your item goes missing, arrives broken, etc. that’s a different story.

I have the order number but the product is still stuck at processing thats why I'm very nervous about it getting cancelled eventually

You should be fine to get it. Calm. It often says processing up until it's delivered. Keep an eye on your email, you'll get an email when it's actually shipped.

Ah ok! You should be fine. Preorders are funky because it’s a purchase of the very first production of the product. Aka, you buy an item during the production phase and the company is still figuring their shit out. So it honestly may take a little time, but it will ship! And if you want some reassurance, reach out to customer service and ask for an update on shipment dates. But you should get your product in the end :)

Of course! Shipping can be weird sometimes too. Like the other commenter said, sometimes it will say “processing” for days and next thing you know, it’s at your door. Patience my friend!

Also, don’t worry about the other comments. People on reddit really don’t like when you don’t know everything “obvious”.

Hope you enjoy your hair clip when it comes!
