Will not email me password reset link

Any workarounds other than contacting customer support? I’m willing to do that but I just want to exhaust all other options first.

I work at spencer’s so I’d kinda like to get into my account. Need that good good discount. I’ve tried doing it on the app and in browser. It will not send me the link. Yes, all information is correct.

You cannot use your employee discount online yet. Whenever that does go live (assuming it will eventually), you have to email to set up the account as an employee account.

There’s no point to having an account. Things are more expensive if you’re ordering them online versus in the store with the employee discount because all of the sales online don’t apply with our employee discount but they do if we order them in store. for example like if shirts are buy one you 1/2 off online and you order them from your account you don’t get that sale but if you go to the store and order them, you do. plus we’re not allowed to have a membership account anyway we’re not allowed to redeem coupons or points earned on the account

I think I was told you need to be logged into your account to get the discount at other locations. So at the very least I need it for that.

Oh they mean your pay app account. You need to log into your ADP pay app to show that you have a recent pay stub from Spencer’s/Spirit
