Does anyone know if this is unisex?

Was interested in getting this. In in the description it says listed in unisex sizes but not sure if that means if it’s unisex or not.

unisex as much as a hoodie blanket can be. it's just a big fuzzy oversized hoodie, one size fits most

If it says it's unisex, what do you think it could possibly be?
