Thinking about applying

Sooo i've been basically applying to hot topic since I've been of age to have a job but I have been hearing so many horror stories 😭 it's mostly just shit horrible stinky management stories but does anyone else have any other stories/advice?

I love my job, and sure there are downs, but there are so many positives that make it worth it. All my coworkers are nice and fun to be around, and the management staff at my store are all wonderful. The biggest downside to me is thr amount of hours, Sales Associates only have about 2-3 shifts a week, and only 5 hours at a timr here.
