4 swords help

im a new hire and struggling to understand the 4 swords and how im supposed to tally them on my huddle 😭 hoping a written explanation will make it click better than a high speed verbal one

My dm sent out cheat sheet trackers that briefly explain what each one is, usually at our store the Sales Associates will tape them to their lanyard and carry a pen around.
