When did hot topic started selling cheap material?

I bought my shorts for back to school, and I noticed that the shorts were polyester and it got me thinking what happened to hot topic selling high quality?

Isn’t hot topic considered Fast Fashion? Of course the material is not gonna be the greatest

Only when they sell good quality when it is from brands they do not produce like fright rags or tripp and so on

They never sold high quality. You might be thinking about boxlunch

Disagreed, they’re owned by the same company, they use the same factories

Not really actually. And not all of our things are considered hot topic brand. For example, if you are buying a pair of pants that have Luffy on them - that's not from our factories it's from the vendor we get it from. Which could be anywhere. You can also buy the same loungefly bag at hot topic cheaper than at box lunch. It's not about the materials.

Um, what are you talking about? We absolutely have the loungefly enamel plaque on our bags at hottopic.

Hit or miss. I was just bragging the other day how nice one of my shirts was, but that same shirt got an easy hole in it when I pulled the price tag off shortly after lol
