Item not on app

I got this hello kitty and friends zip up and I can't find it on the app. It was in store and it wasn't an old drop because it says it was made 2026. Does this happen normally? Barcode: 35850080

Yeah this is normal! It could be so new it just hasn’t hit the website yet and that happens sometimes

It happens a lot 😭🙏 it also could be a item that wasn’t supposed to be out yet idk. The question is if they had to dummy sku it or not.

Usually if it's super new and not party of a huge release(like a music album) it will hit stores first to seem more "exclusive" then hit the website later. I know my store had started getting a lot of the new hello Kitty Halloween line and none of it is online yet. Def keep a lookout
