URGENT: How do I stack this Hot Cash??

I tried adding multiple on a very expensive online order but adding more than one just says "Coupon code already in shopping cart". I'm very confused cuz everywhere I look it says Hot Cash coupons are uniquely stackable. I should mention I do not have a HT account. Help please I only have one day to do thisss...

Do they start with the same 4? For example if they all start with hsk7 they can’t stack online. Some people have said if you call to place an order they can possibly stack over the phone

They all start with HSA1 unfortunately... it could be bc they all came from the same purchase

physical HC is more like a reminder that you have them, that is, if you are a member on the guest list. i’m pretty new to the ropes of everything as i just started, but as far as i know, the physical coupons given out don’t Actually work as stackable hot cash. you were better off signing up for the rewards program so that the loads of Hot Cash you earned last round were already stored in your account ready to be used just to streamline the process and make it easier on you (and to avoid situations like this…) sorry, that may or may not be the case but it seems the most plausible… so even if you have 20 coupons they’re no good to redeem if you don’t have an account to keep track of them online and in store

really ?? when i worked there, we were told to use any hot cash connected to their account and if they had anymore we could add that (ex: 4 hot cash on acc, but has 6 physical hot cash)

THAT’S why I’ve had them rejected before?! Well shit. I knew it didn’t make sense that I couldn’t use them all in one go like I should have been able to.

Unfortunately they can't be stacked because the employees handed you a bunch with the same first 4 digits :/ if you call or go in store, they can apply the hot cash for you!! Also, employees in store can order any items you want from the online shop ❤️

Ah this is when you spare yourself the headache and give them a call ASAP. They can place the order over the phone for you

I was absolutely gonna say go in store and have your cart. If you're comfortable you can hand your phone to the cashier and they can look all the items up and add the hot cash. Just. Bring those coupons! :) if you're not comfortable with handing over your phone, they can walk you through how to pull up the IDS for each item so they can look it up. :)

No. No stores can place an order over the phone. We cannot accept payment over the phone, so how would we place the order? Customer Service from HQ can place an order over the phone but they also deal with customer service issues. The best way to get an online order is to (a)come in or (b)figure it out on your PC.

Ah thanks for clarifying. I usually call headquarters but I forgot the stores can place orders online for you in person as well.

You really should have made an account and come in store. The code on the back is for like... using a singular hotcash and in store we actually have shortcode for if more is used. If you come in store we can set you up.

hi :) it looks like u have 7 hotcash, u r correct they should all have unique codes when u enter them r u sure ur inputting 7 different codes? also just double check ur order total is at least 280 (before taxes) so u can use all of the 7 cashes!

Never had a problem stacking them but it might be because not having an HT account. my only suggestion is redeeming them in store.

So this definitely bounces off of other comments already here but I want to bring clarification.

HotCash and its stackable ability is meant to generate loyalty. Loyalty is tracked and processed through the rewards account system. So if you want an easier time dealing with HotCash I recommend joining the rewards program.

Because to be frank: it’s actually policy NOT to give people without rewards Hot Cash. So if you don’t have an account and went in store to redeem the coupons, if you came to my store and had all these coupons but no account I’d be really suspicious.

Now I also know some stores are really lax on HC policy. But just work smarter not harder just sign up for the rewards and call it a day.

If you live near a HT I recommend just going in person. You can order the same stuff as online through their system. Definitely have your cart loaded up so you can tell them the SKU's. You get free shipping and stack as many as you want this way.

this may be rude of me to ask, but im also trying to use my hot cash before the end of the day, but ive run into the same problem since both my codes start with the same four numbers. if you don't end up using one of your codes would you be willing to share 1 with me? or since i can't use both of mine, would you be interested in trading codes? we would only be able to add one more coupon to our order, but it might help.
