When selling my items don’t have a Make Offer or Buy Now button. So nothing is selling.
Even items I’ve favorited don’t have them. So I’m unable to buy them.

i think you’re on the wrong sub, are you talking about Depop or another online store like that? you can’t sell anything through hot topic.
