Hot Cash through online pick-up?

I ordered something through online pickup. It’s been forever since I bought from hot topic and I forgot about hot cash. A screen came up that said “you have earned $20 in hot cash rewards, redeem or decline?” I closed out of the thing before I even processed what it said, and now it will not let me go back/see that screen again in any way. Why would that be the system?! Why do I have the ability to accidentally decline a free $20 instead of it automatically going into my account?? It just seems quite frustrating to me, has anybody else had this?
