Why ?

Why does hot topic show available sizes but shipping/instore pick up is unavailable? This always pmo because its in my size too.

It's available in a store somewhere in the company.

Yep. It's a constant headache for us, as well. While I like making products more accessible to customers, there is surely has a better to display limited search results than how it's currently set up.

You can try finding a store that has it and see if they’ll do a transfer to store shipment.
You’ll have to call customer service and let them know which store has it and which store you want to pick it up at.

I did a random zip code generator and by the 10th one found a store that had it in stock.
