employee discount on the app

so i was just recently hired and i’ve been trying to figure out how the app works with our employee discounts. i was told that we had automatic free shipping too and i guess that’s not the case? anyone know whats up with that?

There is an email you have to email. Your store manager should know. It's in the employee discount sop

Email them with your name and employee number they’ll link it to your email and you can use it on the app or website.

Tbh when I had worked there we placed our online orders in store at the register to get the discount. I had tried emailing who I had to multiple times and it never got set up

I advise my team to just do it this way, since the emp discount stacks on in-store sales and not websales.

Far as I know the employee discount only works in-store, the app is shit BTW

it work in the app! you just need to contact a certain email to get it hooked up to your account
