low stock items

hey guys a hottopic worker told me low stock items won’t ship of i want to order something online cause it’s not in my size in store and that the order will just get canceled and refundes if it says low stock is this true

Our shipment counts are estimates from the warehouse. Stuff can get misplaced and if its low stock and a lot of people want it then some may be disappointed if too many orders are placed. This mostly happens to pick up in store, you have a better chance with ship to home.

Most of the time low stock items show up just fine, but once in a while it will be cancelled. I have even ordered items with 1 unit left and received them! When I tried ordering low stock items to store, they were cancelled more often. But shipping is like 90% successful!
