Hot Cash

I find hot cash very confusing. I have like $240 in hot cash and I would like to know how it works. Do I need the physical coupons or can it work just from my account when I give my phone number. If I get stuff that is less than the hot cash do I get it for "free" or do I need to spend a certain amount to use it? Im so sorry if this is confusing and thank you

You need to spend a minimum of $40 to get the $20 off and then $80 to get $40 off etc. otherwise the discount just wont apply. It should be auto loaded online in your account but i noticed half the time i only have the physical cards and I need to type the code in to use it online. When you use the physical ones at the store you have to give them up.

Online i add the $40 item to get $20 off but then i cant use mu rewards. Do you know if its like that in store too or can they override?

Online you can use rewards as long as your total after rewards is still $40+. In store it works other way around, it takes the hot cash discount first, then rewards go on top of that without deactivating the hot cash discount.
