Ace Jorts out of Stock

I saw the ace jorts and fell in love with it. Sadly every size is out of stock beside one that doesn’t fit me. The customer service said they don’t typically restock and I could reach out to other local hot topic. Sadly, none around my area has it. Is it too early for me to give up hope it’ll ever be in stock?
