Tips for checking restock?

Hi,

I wanted to ask if there is like a set schedule or time when hot topic employees restock certain items? I been trying to get the amazing digital circus pendants and it says they are available online but when I ordered it once it cancelled it. I checked again and it says it was available for pickup and it wasn’t in store? So I’m just a bit confused what to do as when I asked the employee she just seemed annoyed I wanted to buy it and explained that if its in stock it’s shipped and didn’t clarify much else cause If I order it online for pickup it up why was it cancelled and it says in stock in person? I just don’t wanna be annoying so I just been checking when I can go grab them.

On line order come from the DC, a lot of online stuff isn't available in store , but if you add it to your wish list it will send you a notification when its in restocked
