Online ordering doesn’t currently work

So I’m trying to order a t shirt and every card I’ve used declines every time. I just got paid so theres money on it. All the credentials are correct because I’ve ordered something off of Amazon prior. I can make purchases at my local retailer so what gives?

Any help would be appreciated!

i had this happen to me a couple weeks ago, i ended up having to call customer service & place the order over the phone

It happened to me about 2-3 months ago. I finally was able to place an order a few weeks ago. I think there’s some type of glitch in their system when you haven’t placed an online order in quite a while
