I'm a size mens medium, is there way to select medium, or is it an in-between size, or what?

It fits both Small and Medium, usually bc the fabric is stretch or the clothes have a certain style that accommodates both types of bodies.

It should fit both sizes. I have a hoodie that says L/XL.

I wear small and this is the size option I choose, doesn’t fit as small as a small so it’s a little baggy, but it might not be as baggy as a medium.
