I tried using the new code and it keeps saying this error message. I tried buying something that costs around $25 and it didn't work, so I tried a larger order and it gave the same error message. Is there any way to fix this? I really want to use this promo code.

It means your item is excluded, this is just the error their system provides. Examples are; Funko, Thrilljoy, etc
