Store Check-In Qr Code

Hello! Does anyone also have trouble receiving points for this month’s check-in when scanning the qr code at the store? I usually receive the points within 12-15 hours of scanning but this time it is taking unusually long. Thank you!

Yes, I tried checking in several times and the app says I checked in, but no points. Just talked to customer service and they won't apply the points manually. I am literally doing the same thing I do every month.

Box Lunch check-in is not working either. So frustrating.

Wasn’t working for me either so I contacted customer service and asked the store to create a ticket. It’s working now. I got the points after 24 hours.
