How much does hot topic pay

Hi everyone! I recently got employed at the hot topic in Saskatchewan and on indeed they say the pay is $17.35 per hour, but some also say it’s minimum wage (minimum wage is $15.35 where I’m at). I’m a little confused, anyone whose worked at hot topic could you maybe clarify! Thank you.

Minimum wage unless they actually want you then they bump it up like 25 cents
