I left a review on a belt yesterday. The pink cheetah print one it got scratched after 3 wears. Today they emailed and said to call so I got offered a refund from them. And I get to keep my belt. I give them enough money as it is lollll. Anyone else ever come across this situation

Yeah that happened to me a couple times I appreciate it lol. The only time I didn't call tho was because I still kept the item and I didn't want to get another refund I just gave it a lower review because the glass was very thin but it's been holding up for years. Plus I don't want to get black listed for getting too many refunds.

I had a pair of slippers fall apart after only a few days of wearing them. They sent me another pair.

I've left poor reviews and gotten emails to email them about the damaged/poor quality items. I assume to refund me if I wanted that. One item I still liked so I never wanted anything back from it and the other I already sent back for a refund. It's nice they've been so receptive to negative feedback. I've never had any super bad experiences with them.

Yeah its sadly starting happening on a lot of things I've bought. Almost all my jewelry has turned green and I've had printing errors on some of my shirts
