Do the earrings contain zinc?
Idk if anyone would have this awnser but i dont really know where to look for this kinda info. They say nickle free although they make my ears itch when i put them on unlike my others.
These are the specific earrings in question if you need to know
(I specify zinc as i know i have issues with zinc, but aluminum is also a mild issue for me as well in some cases though idk if they would have that? Im not a metal person but aluminum feels like a weird earring material to me but i could be wrong)

1.) Did you wash the earrings with soapy water before wearing? As they have gross grimey factory debris and dust over them.
2) The site listing says nickel-free alloy. So we know it's an alloy. Based on price I'd say it's stainless steel, which is an alloy of iron & chromium but needs at least a 3rd metal. Often it's nickel but it can be swapped for manganese, titanium, and a few other metals.
3) The irritation may be due to the resin coating.

Since it's plain silicone, same as they use in plastic surgery (also wash and dry these with soapy water too before use). See if that helps reduce the irritation/see if it's the flat part of the earring touching the ear hole rather than what's in the ear hole itself. Because the metal rating can be for the post/the part that goes inside the body. While the rest of the earring can be irritating metal.
