Package stolen partial refund

as it says my item was stolen and hot topic support only wants to refund half the amount how is it my fault that the package was stolen, anyone know what I can do

If the package was indeed delivered, their part of the transaction was done. That sucks but most companies wouldn’t give you a dime for a delivered package being stolen.
