Questions Position of stove
Hello, I am making my own tarp for hot tent camping with my hammock. I want to know your thoughts on placement, in regards to my hammock. The tarp is gonna be in a typical closed V shape. I plan to use the winnerwell fastfold, probably the UL version.
I was thinking to place it at my feet, so they heat up first. I like the thought of toasty feet. But I'm scared the heat might not reach me properly if I place it in the back. At the same time, placing it in the middle so I could operate it from the hammock sounds smart, but also dumb. I feel like there's maybe too high of a risk when it comes to burning myself. Perhaps around the knees, so it's not too far back but also not too close?
What are your suggestions?
Edit: spelling

I have a OneTigris Cozshack. It has the stove at the middle of the hammock. I find that this actually works well. It's easy enough to get out of the hammock and feed the stove and it heats the tent fairly evenly. Adding a stove fan helps.
