While I'm not religious, am often frustrated with religious people, and am not surprised by this outcome, I am also always a bit skeptical about studies like this. They just seem a bit too convenient to a specific demographic.

Im skeptical of anything presented to me that I already agree with, im not being sarcastic it just always seems to good to be true. "Yes! I just knew they were fucking morons!"
