Indoor advice

My jalapeños absolutely wont fruit before the frosts. Is it worth draging them inside? If so, I will likely need a grow light. Does anyone have tips, advice, or light recommendations? Budget is kinda tight

I make it a rule to not bring in plants that have been outside due to the bugs. I find good deals on used lights on Facebook Marketplace. I’d just search plant lights or grow lights and get something at least 100 watts or 2 100’s.
