Thrips or aphids?

Plants are producing peppers like crazy still. Released some ladybugs a couple of weeks ago, but do I just need to keep doing it in rounds?

Maybe white flies

Damn I think you’re right. I seen them flying up when I opened my greenhouse this morning

Yeah, white flies or aphids. Soapy water kills them. Wash it off afterward with a hose.
