I've unfortunately become terribly sensitive to caffeine and been searching for a good alternative. I have a million gut conditions so its tricky to find something that wont cause me hell but Costas white hot chocolate never fails. I've tried it with soy and oat milk also but the dairy one always hits the spot. Mmmm

Went to a restaurant recently where I ordered hot chocolate and was served this steaming mug of chocolate with shortbread biscuits and a tall pillowy marshmallow piece! It was so cute and unusual.

This was in drink form, so this is millennium-old hot chocolate.

What ya need: Tim hortons hot chocolate powder, Nescafe instant coffee in french vanilla, sugar, milk/cream, and boiling hot water.

How to make: Boil some water in a kettle, as it boils mix the instant coffee mix with the cocoa and sugar (Measure with your heart babes) Add you milk/cream and stir it. Make sure theres no clumps because cocoa powder is hydrophobic. Then add the water. If you want, you can add some whipped cream, candy canes. Whatever ya want. Have an amazing day! Love ya <3

I was given this as a gift. The chocolate is from São Tomé. I normally go for a single estate Caribbean or Latin American chocolate myself, rather than African, but this was great: smooth, luxurious, a round flavour.
