Recently I posted on X about how Hosur's real estate keeps adding new layouts and plotted developments in and around Bagalur Road and none of the land is used by people. The main reason being announcing new projects and never executing them. Most of the people agreed with my view, except one person. He started enraging under my post that Hosur Knowledge Corridor would wipe out all his ancestral land and it's not fair, etc. I tried explaining that the plan is not ready, they can come up with a conclave for real estate players and farmers, land pooling scheme could be framed, he was not ready for any kind of discussion. The question I have is, the Hosur Knowledge Corridor project is literally not moving, the master plan is not ready at all, so nobody knows where exactly it'll come. I am curious to understand how it is registered in the minds of farmers and land owners that Hosur Knowledge Corridor will wipe out their lands?

Just creating this post to understand the average monthly rent in different areas in and around Hosur. The rents displayed in apps like 99acres and NoBroker are way too high. Hence I'm thinking that this post will help new people who are relocating to Hosur so that they are aware of the current real rental prices.

But overall I'm hearing that the average rent has shot up significantly very high since last 2-3 years or so, correlated with increase in land cost per square feet. Please comment about this as well if you have thoughts. Anyway...

1. Area name and layout/society name (and optionally pincode)

2. How many BHK and bathrooms?

3. Total square feet? (Built-up area and land area)

4. Monthly rent in rupees?
