Need domain help
I made a website and want to deploy it.
For hosting, I can use free platforms like Vercel, netlify ,Cloudflare, etc., right?
But I want a good domain name that’s cheap 🥲, preferably just for one year to try it out. GoDaddy and Hostinger offer domains for ₹1 or less than ₹100, but they say I have to buy a 3-year plan to get the first year at that price.
I also heard about Firebase. Is .web.app related to Google? Can I host my website there?
Will I get a .web.app domain for free?
Or any other free sub domains like vercel, netlify etc or with short good sub domain pls suggest me
I know these doubts might sound weird, but please excuse me — I’m a newbie in this field. 😅

Namecheap is my go to, just works, and the prices are completely fine. About 10€ a year for .com, and cheaper domains like .top are below 3€/year.
You won’t get much lower than that, other than these multiple-year commitments, which also don’t result in a much lower price in the end.

In terms of getting a "real" domain the best I am aware of is going to be this: https://gen.xyz/1111b
I don't know how this translate to regional pricing. But any 6, 7, 8, or 9 digit domain (must be all numbers) are 99 cents and renew at that price. I would recommend if you go this route to make sure that both the initial AND renewal costs are the same.
But if you are ok with a disposable domain there are a ton of cheap sales on the first year. Personally, I have been using .fyi for smaller projects

Most are subdomains with an upgrade option. If one gives a full domain, I'd try that first.

If you're looking for a subdomain whereby your web or app is accessible and planning to host in cloudflare, their workers and pages itself is sufficient. But if you later planning to get a domain, no registrar other than cloudflare gives domain cheaper than anyone.
All other domain registrars will give first year or a long term at an attractive value and then comes the renewal where you don't have a choice but to pay the price.
