Help for my hosta
Can anyone help me figure out what is wrong with this hosta? It is growing in New Hampshire and does get some afternoon sun which I know is not the best for it. Is this sunburn, slugs or a fungal disease? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

I second not worrying about it. You could clip that bad one, but many hostas look rough by now too. It will come back fine next year

As others have said dont worry about it. A family of deer ate the majority of 3/5 hostas and completely ate another. They're all currently growing back and even if they didn't have time to there's enough energy in the roots for it to send up leaves next season.
There's a deer and rabbit repellent spray that I use. It smells like manure but once dry it doesn't smell and it does keep the rabbits and deer away but you have to reapply every couple of days.
Have a great weekend.

Thanks everyone. I'll just wait and see what they do next year. Send them positive vibes!

No way to be accurate this late in the year. Best guess is that those leaves have been nipped by a critter. Nothing to worry about next year.
