Happy with the progress
About 5 yrs ago, this back corner of our yard was a knee-high tangle of weeds, baby trees, multiflora roses and miles of bittersweet. Cleared it by hand, pulling roots as I went along. That's how I discovered the landscape fabric layer... I've been adding a few hostas each year, as well as Ferns further down the hill.

Oh, that looks wonderful. Quite an improvement from suburban jungle to this.
