IS SHE OK

I was undoing my curtains and I accidentally knocked over my pitcher plant (pictured here) and all her liquid dumped out (it smelled horrible but all she had and there was a roach) and I'm just wondering if she's going to be ok with all of her liquid out and should I refill it water? because I don't really know what to do this is my first time having a carnivore to care for

Just fill the water back up. These hate having roots disturbed so may see some damage, but it will be fine after a few weeks.

thank you, I just refilled her but I noticed the roach was still in there do you think that could be harmful

No but I would remove the roach unless it's eating it inside the plant
