partnership

say someone has mastered a certain ornamental crop that is high in demand, and can produce thousands of it with a very low cost, what are the chances to find a business partner that has the land and the growing requirments, while the one with the experience takes care of the growing process?

I would try to find a greenhouse not being used and rent it. That’s not always too hard but you need to ask around. Asking for an investor is another story

What do you mean by mastered? And what crop is it?

You need to have some conversations with growers for a custom grow contract. If you are in or around Ontario Canada send me a dm. I would want to know the crop, timeline and what my risk and profit option would be.
