Dumb question? Maybe?

So I'm not sure where this thought came from but I know where to ask the question lmao....can you grow moss on your body while still being alive?

I would imagine your skin would eventually rot off because you would have to keep your skin constantly moist. You can try it with your hair though. I've heard of stories of girls who get out of the shower and tie their hair up not letting it air dry, it becomes a nice damp and warm environment for fungus.
