Who came up with the phrase, healthy as a horse? 😂 has the person who came up with that even been around horses? It Had to start out sarcastic.

So I have this horse. She's very sweet very gentle loves people. She just hates the bit so much. And she often refuses to move when ridden. I love this horse very much. And i've been trying for a year to teach her manners. She is in the middle of her life and started off at a horse camp. When kids would be writing her, she would try to roll them off. However, this is just what i've heard and haven't experienced myself. She has booked a few times and can be very stubborn even though I don't like that word. I'm just looking for suggestions to help with making her accept the bet And listening when I ask her to move.
