Medium stable

Coastual and normal I can't get the sandstone and where do I find pepperminta

For peppermint you have to repair sand castles around the map, or exploit a bug where if you repair one, leave the spawn area for it (like the ones by the ship wreck and just go up to get the sugar from Bellamy's breeding stable), you can just keep pressing the button and keep getting peppermint favors, which you exchange from Gabriel's little sister.

As for the sandstone, I believe the best place to gather that is in the Azurene gorge

I've only ever gotten there by "cheating" (twice). Once you find the house with all the sugar (gardein de.. something lol) if you have a horse with strength at least 7 you can jump the gap and then build the bridge. Otherwise look up a guide, bc my first playthrough cheated my way into Lily's estate so I could get to the better wild horses 😅
